5. Confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a Service Agreement:

  • Client retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property
  • Webvish retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and frameworks
  • Work product created specifically for the client typically belongs to the client
  • Webvish may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

Webvish provides advisory services based on experience and best practices. While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness:

  • All advice is provided "as is" without warranty
  • Client is responsible for implementation decisions
  • Webvish's liability is limited to fees paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

8. Website Use

Use of this website is subject to the following conditions:

  • No automated scraping or data collection without permission
  • Users must not attempt to disrupt website functionality

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing consulting relationships with appropriate notice as specified in the Service Agreement. Termination does not affect obligations that accrue prior to termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Webvish operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
